Has anyone thought how it is possible for one to remember so many
dances at one go. Or rather, is there anyone who can remember so many
dances in the head. For those who chase dances, I am quite certain
they will reach a stage call 'burnt out'. This has happened to quite a
number of them.  I feel it is advisable to consider before learning
the dance as our memory is limited.  Better listen to a piece of music
that you like and afterwhich look at the steps. If the choreo's work
is good, then start learning, if not throw it away. By thie method,
one can concentrate on a lesser number of dances but quality ones and
it will stay in the head.

Hi Folks.  Have I ever mentioned that I am able to bring in Capezio
dance sneakers at a lower price than the market here.  I am doing this
to help fellow dancers save some monies.  As this is not my
profession, I will order only when I have at least 6 pairs of shoes as
this will cut down on the freight charges. Estimated price per pair is
from $90 - $95 dollars. (Self collect). Interested parties must pay at
least 50% deposit besides the model and shoe size. No refund once
order is placed (ie before I send order out cos I pay immediately the
full price and no refund too). Email or contact me directly for this.

I am sure many dancers face the problem of having knee an bone
aches.  As we grind more so is our injury.  There are many brands
out there in the market and one usually have doubts over which is
suitable for use.
We have the same problem.  With age and regular dancing, the
cartilage starts to wear off and the knees get swollen. Many dancers
gave up dancing or exercise because of this. So we tried many brands
and from many countries all with very minimum help.  Recently, we
hit upon this brand called ULTRA by chance and after consuming for
only 3 to 5 days, my wife could do without knee guard.  Since that
time (about 5 months ago), my wife has stopped using the knee guards
and can dance without worry.

You may want to buy a small sample packet to check if the health
food is really that good. It comes in a packet lasting 5 - 10 days
and cost $10 - $12.

All of us know and witness this ugly scene every jam. Dancers (or
rather non dancers) who stand in the centre or front and not familiar
with the dances. Those that forget a certain part of the dance is
quite understood as we tend to forget once a while but there are those
that dont know the dance completely and try to follow all the way. Is
there any suggestion as how to get these group of dancers out of the
way as its quite dangerous to have them on the floor. It also affects
the other dancers.
