Some people have been wondering how to invest in Agri business in the Philippines. There are local people that want to try different things, as well as OFWs that want to invest for their future when they return, and there are foreigners, who may/may not be married to a filipino/filipina, that would like to increase their income or just be involved in a venture of some kind. How do we do this without being ripped off, so to speak? How do we do this from afar? How do we do this so it is fair to everyone. Perhaps we can have a few small Co-ops in different areas? What ideas/concerns do you have? This Group discusses all types of Agri Business in the Philippines, including organic farming, alternate energy, storing water, aquaponics, hydroponics, fish farming of tilapia, shrimps, etc., raising goats (for profit), rabbits (for food), geese, chickens, turkeys, composting, vermiculture, vermicomposting, vermitea, alternate fuels like jatropha or Tuba Tuba to be used as biodiesel, corn, rice, sugarcane, vegetables, fruit trees such as coconut, durian, mango, avocado, jack fruit, calamansi, papaya, banana, guava, guyabano, marang, atis, pomelo, just to name a few. Emphasise can be put on the newly discovered wonder plant, Malunggay (or Moringa) We also discuss Mother Earth type projects such as natural herbs (neem, malathian), and oils (lemon grass, citronella)., etc., etc..
